Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
The standard delivery time is 7 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance delays or severe weather conditions.
Carriers
We work mainly with Royal Mail. However, depending on delivery times and locations, we also work with Yodel and Evri to ensure optimal service.
Shipping Fees
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customer Responsibility for Order Errors
If a customer error occurs during the ordering process that prevents successful delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility.
In accordance with Article 34 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the customer must provide accurate information necessary for the fulfilment of the order. Any inaccuracy or omission affecting the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer, who will be required to cover any additional costs or consequences resulting from such errors.
